It has been a blessing to be involved in caring for others over the years as a respiratory therapist and nurse and now as a massage therapist.

Living with chronic illness is what led me years ago to begin to investigate complementary modalities, and my goal is to empower others of all ages to reclaim a better level of wellness through a more holistic approach utilizing therapeutic massage and scar release, reflexology, and Reiki.

About Me Appointments

PHILOSOPHY

Primum Non Nocere
First, do no harm.
Complementary modalities are safe and proven.

Tolle Causum
Address the cause.
Complementary modalities work in a holistic way, looking at all aspects of a person.

Vis Medicatrix Naturae
To act in cooperation with the healing power of nature.
Our bodies have innate wisdom and strength.
Complementary modalities assist the body in returning to homeostasis.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

In the spirit of reconciliation, I acknowledge the traditional custodians of southern Arizona, the Hohokam and Tohono Oʼodham people, and their connections to the land. I pay respect to their elders, past and present, and extend that respect to all Indigenous peoples today.

ABOUT COMPLEMENTARY THERAPIES

Complementary and alternative medicine are the terms for modalities that are not part of standard medical care and are not substitutes for medical advice or treatment from a qualified physician or practitioner.

These modalities cannot diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any specific condition and are intended to "complement" and for use together with a conventional medical treatment plan.
