My focus has gone beyond nursing to embrace complementary modalities as holistic ways to assist the body in order to reduce stress, boost circulation, lymphatics and immunity, and manage pain. Therapeutic massage - including lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and scar release - along with reflexology and Reiki, are utilized to address dis-ease.
