My focus has gone beyond nursing to embrace complementary modalities as holistic ways to assist the body by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system to aid in reducing stress, boosting immunity, and managing pain. Therapeutic massage, clinical reflexology, and Reiki, along with lymphatic drainage, are utilized to address dis-ease.
