My focus has gone beyond nursing to embrace complementary modalities as holistic ways to assist the body in order to reduce stress, boost immunity, and manage pain. Therapeutic massage, clinical reflexology, and Reiki, along with lymph drainage and scar tissue release, are utilized to address dis-ease.
