Please hydrate well before your session, after the session, and on the following day, as this will help hydrate fascia, improve energy levels, and support the kidneys in flushing out toxins.

Please avoid large meals before any session. Please leave all jewelry and other valuable items at home.

Massage

For massage sessions, clients disrobe to their level of comfort — clothing may be left on, underwear may be left on, or swimwear or athletic wear can be worn. Clients are covered with a sheet during the session and a blanket as needed. Privacy is always maintained, and private areas always remained covered.

“Stress Buster” Back and Foot Massage
30 Minutes — $40

The “stress buster” utilizes a generalized protocol to include a soothing back massage which helps to relieve muscular tension, increase circulation, reduce stress, and relieve pain using light to medium pressure. Sessions close with modified Thai foot massage.

Relaxation-Recovery Massage
60 Minutes — $75

Recovery massage begins by opening lymphatic channels and utilizing a generalized massage protocol for a smooth, gentle treatment which helps to relieve muscular tension, reduce stress, increase circulation — and thereby lymph flow — and relieve pain. Recovery massage utilizes light to medium pressure over the back, neck, and extremities. Sessions close with modified Thai foot massage.

Targeted Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage combines an array of massage techniques, along with cupping and trigger point massage, to address specific areas of pain or injury. Therapeutic massage utilizes light to medium pressure in targeted areas, such as back, neck, head, shoulders, extremities, and/or abdomen. Cupping, hot packs, and other supportive tools may be included to help your body soften and release.

Manual Lymph Drainage
60 Minutes — $75

The focus of manual lymphatic drainage is on the lymphatic system, in the area between the skin and muscle, unlike regular massage, which focuses on muscle. Utilizing the Vodder technique, MLD involves a very light touch that should never be painful. MLD is effective for lipedema, lymphedema, preop and postop clients, cancer clients, and for detoxing and general health. MLD is also useful in healing from cosmetic surgery.

Scar Release
30 Minutes — $40
60 Minutes — $75

Scar release therapy is a non-invasive treatment which uses gentle microcurrent stimulation and friction massage to to begin softening underlying tissues. This massage is helpful for scars which feel painful or tight. These sessions include targeted microcurrent therapy, hands-on scar work, and lymphatic techniques. Scar release is deeply therapeutic, whether your scar is weeks, months, or years old. This therapy not only enhances the appearance of scars, making them less noticeable, but also alleviating associated pain and improving mobility in the area.

Reiki Massage
60 Minutes — $75

Reiki massage combines reiki along with gentle massage which helps to relieve muscular tension, increase circulation, reduce stress, and relieve pain. Reiki massage utilizes light pressure over the back, neck, and extremities. Sessions close with modified Indian head massage or Thai foot massage.

Reflexology

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing in order to feel relaxed. Reflexology should never be painful, and pressure is adjusted to your needs.

Foot Reflexology
60 Minutes — $55

These sessions are not simply foot massage. Reflexology stimulates areas in the feet to increase the function of all body systems for greater optimal health. Sessions are customized to your individual needs and may include several generalized protocols. Sessions include hot towels and percussion and close with modified Thai foot massage.

Reflexology Lymph Drainage
60 Minutes — $55

This award-winning protocol stimulates reflex points in a unique sequence which aids the function of the lymphatic system. This method assists with lymphedema and lipedema and has been used in lieu of whole-body manual lymphatic drainage treatments. Sessions include percussion and hot towels and close with modified Thai foot massage.

Thai Foot Massage
60 Minutes — $55

Thai foot massage combines the healing benefits of reflexology with the benefits of therapeutic massage. It is relaxing and energizing and delivers light to medium pressure that impacts the entire body. TFM includes working with the calf and knee, so please wear shorts or loose, comfortable clothing which can be easily raised above the knees.

Digital Auriculotherapy (Ear Reflexology)
60 Minutes

Digital auriculotherapy sessions involve electrical stimulation (no needles!) of specific reflex points on the ear using the Dolphin Neurostim. Sessions include seed placements, upon request. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing in order to feel relaxed.

Reiki

“Relax and Recharge” Reiki
30 Minutes — $35

Reiki energy flows from the practitioner’s hands, placed lightly on or near the body, to the client, who may experience feelings of relaxation, mental clarity, pain relief, decreased anxiety, and well-being. Research has shown this occurs because of increased activity of the parasympathetic nervous system.

AcuPoint Reiki
60 Minutes — $55

AcuPoint Reiki is an integrative healing approach that combines the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the energy healing techniques of Japanese Reiki. It is a complementary therapy intended to promote relaxation, balance energy, and reduce pain and anxiety.

Skin Care

Skin care services can be scheduled at the Marana office on Saturdays from 9:00 – 2:00.

Please leave all jewelry and other valuable items at home and wear loose, comfortable clothing in order to feel relaxed. A hospital gown can be provided to protect your clothing if desired.

Facial with Cupping and Massage
60 Minutes — $75

Rejuvenate the look of your face and neck with cupping and massage. Professional skin care products are customized to your needs. The session includes analysis for your skin type, steaming, cleansing, exfoliating, extractions as needed, toning and moisturizing. Special cups are used to stimulate lymph drainage, along with facial massage. Please remove jewelry from any facial piercings.

Back Facial with Massage
60 Minutes — $75

Get your back ready for the summer with skin care and massage. Professional skin care products are customized to your needs. The session includes analysis for your skin type, steaming, cleansing and exfoliation with massage, extractions as needed, toning and moisturizing.

Halotherapy Treatment — $6

Halotherapy, or salt therapy, involves inhalation of tiny salt particles to improve breathing. It is considered an alternative therapy for lung problems such as asthma, bronchitis, and chronic cough. The generator produces a fine mist of salt particles for inhalation, and one treatment runs for approximately 20 minutes.

Hand or Foot Care — $10

Treat your dry hands or feet to some relief. Lotion is massaged onto the hands or feet, which provides deep hydration. Your hands or feet are then wrapped in warm towels, allowing the oils to penetrate the skin.

Hand or Foot Scrub — $15

Give your tired hands or feet some pampering with a sugar scrub, which is massaged onto your hands or feet and provides deep hydration and exfoliation. Your hands or feet are then wrapped in warm towels, allowing the oils to penetrate the skin, and rinsed afterwards to remove exfoliated skin.

Indian Head Massage — $15

Add 15 minutes of IHM to a session, which addresses the head, scalp, neck, and shoulders, using gentle strokes, kneading, and acupressure on muscles and energy points.

Vagal Nerve Stimulation — $15

Add a full 15-minute treatment utilizing the Dolphin Neurostim to stimulate increased parasympathetic nervous system response.
