My focus has gone beyond nursing to embrace massage and energy modalities as holistic ways to assist the body and spirit. Relaxation and therapeutic massage, reflexology, reiki, and skin care — along with manual lymphatic drainage for detoxification — are utilized to address dis-ease and any issues at hand.

I combine training in therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques with nursing assessment to provide a comprehensive, personalized and therapeutic approach to enhance overall wellbeing and health.
