It has been a blessing to be involved in caring for others over the years as a respiratory therapist and nurse.

Living with chronic illness is what led me years ago to begin to investigate complementary modalities, and my goal is to empower others of all ages to reclaim a better level of wellness through a more holistic approach utilizing therapeuti massage and scar release, reflexology, and Reiki.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
