It has been a blessing to be involved in caring for others over the years as a respiratory therapist and nurse and now as a massage therapist.

Living with chronic illness is what led me years ago to begin to investigate complementary modalities, and my goal is to empower others of all ages to reclaim a better level of wellness through a more holistic approach utilizing therapeutic massage and scar release, reflexology, and Reiki.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

In the spirit of reconciliation, I acknowledge the traditional custodians of southern Arizona, the Hohokam and Tohono Oʼodham people, and their connections to the land. I pay respect to their elders, past and present, and extend that respect to all Indigenous peoples today.
