Therapeutic Massage
Treatment times are of full duration instead of shortened “spa” hours or time limits placed by insurance companies on occupational or physical therapy visits. At times, our session may go a little past the allotted time in order to get in a full, focused treatment.

Please leave all jewelry and other valuable items at home.
Please hydrate well prior your session, after the session, and on the following day, as this will help hydrate fascia, improve energy levels, and support the liver and kidneys in flushing out toxins. Please avoid caffeine and large meals before any session.
Clients disrobe to their level of comfort for massage sessions — clothing may be left on, underwear may be left on, or swimwear or athletic wear can be worn. Clients are covered with a sheet during the session and a blanket as needed. Privacy is always maintained.
Back and Foot Relaxation Massage
30 Minutes — $50
Oro Valley
This massage offers a quick way to relax and reset. A soothing back massage utilizes modalities such as myofascial release for a smooth, gentle treatment which helps to relieve muscular tension, increase circulation, and reduce stress. Sessions close with your choice of foot reflexology or Thai foot massage.
+ADD Vagal Nerve Stimulation
+15 Minutes — $15
Oro Valley
Add vagal nerve stimulation* for ultimate relaxation. To stimulate the vagus nerve, microcurrent is applied to the ear, with an electrode placed on the wrist. VNS therapy is designed to counter the stress response, to promote relaxation, manage pain, improve sleep quality, and support digestion. Sessions close with your choice of foot reflexology or Thai foot massage.
*Those with pacemakers or other implanted electronic devices, or a history of seizures, cannot receive microcurrent.
Back and Upper Body Therapeutic Massage
30 Minutes — $50
Oro Valley
This massage utilizes modalities such as myofascial release and Swedish strokes — along with tools like cupping (negative pressure), percussion, and heat — for a smooth, gentle treatment which helps to relieve muscular tension, increase circulation, reduce stress, and release tightness and pain in the myofascial tissues.
+ADD Deep Oscillation® Therapy
+15 Minutes — $15
Oro Valley
When paired with therapeutic massage, Deep Oscillation® therapy* helps to ease painful spasms and loosens stiff lower back muscles. DOT calms overactive pain receptors and reduces local swelling without generating harsh external heat or pressure. DOT also improves range of motion by softening restrictive tension (includes 1 unit).
*Those with pacemakers or other implanted electronic devices, or a history of seizures, cannot receive DOT.
+ADD Foot Reflexology
+30 Minutes — $30
Oro Valley
Add reflexology to therapeutic massage for more holistic healing. Following massage, a custom reflexology protocol is used to target symptoms and increase the function of targeted body systems for greater optimal health. Reflexology should never be painful, and pressure is adjusted to your needs. Sessions close with modified Thai foot massage.
+ADD Scar Release
+30 Minutes — $20
Oro Valley
To increase circulation and lymph movement in a scarred area, scar release therapy is performed prior to therapeutic massage. Several methods of scar release – cross-fiber friction, negative pressure, and/or microcurrent (no needles) – are applied to fibrotic scar tissue in order to increase circulation and lymph movement in scarred areas. Scar release is particularly helpful with caesarean section or hysterectomy scarring.
