7 Magic Words

1. MOVE

Move your house, your bed, your body.

Walk. Go out in the morning. Get out of the routine of work, relationships and life patterns.

Change your perspective.

Get close to those people with whom you can be authentic and nurture your wildest dreams.

You don’t need to move mountains — moving a small stone can do wonders.

2. TOUCH

Give hugs to everyone you want.

Kiss people on the cheek.

Pet your cat, your dog.

Savor the sensation of a silk scarf, of a piece of wood, of the different textures: moss, bark, rocks and water.

The more you do it, the more comfortable you will become with the pleasure of playing.

3. LISTEN

Sit quietly and see how much is there to be heard.

Listen to the people, what they are really saying. Listen to the last note of each song.

Listen to your inner voice, the one you only hear when the confusion of each day decreases.

Hear the rustle of the leaves, the call of the frogs, the crackle of the burning wood in your fireplace.

Listen with your heart and always listen to what is never spoken.

4. FEEL

Experience joy, until you feel like you’re going to evaporate.

Allow yourself to laugh until it hurts. Feel the love from the bottom of your heart.

Get angry and express your fury, if that’s the case, but do it alone.

If you do not really feel, you are not alive.

5. TRUST

You know what you need to know. Stop your doubts.

That internal tickle is your highest truth, and it will serve you in the best way. You regret when you do not know or refuse your intuition.

Keep this in mind — ultimately, you and only you know what is best for you. If you consume, without realizing it, your whole day painting, that’s what you should do.

If you love walking by the ocean, find a way to get there.

If you don’t completely trust yourself, you become nothing.

6. MEET

With the men and women you love.

Drink coffee together, walk together in the woods, talk and talk, read aloud to others.

Do absolutely everything together. Cook and eat together.

Celebrate that your hair, your skin, your body and your stories are different from those of others and in turn are completely similar.

Cry, lament, laugh, hug someone.

7. RECEIVE

For once, stop giving and giving and giving to everyone but yourself. Accept compliments gracefully.

The voice you need to hear, the hug, that moment to talk, the food on your table, the money you need, will always be provided.

Open to receive. Open your hands so that they are filled with abundance.

Receive all the good things you deserve and remember to show gratitude for your LIFE and for those who were true to you.
